One week from today, Ohioans will head to the polls. What you might not know is, you don't have to wait. Ohio election law allows registered voters to show up to their Early Voting Location, in person, and cast their ballot prior to Election Day. Vote Early, and Vote Yes on Issue 3.

Are you still undecided on Issue 3? Do you want the facts to share with your friends, family, and neighbors?

Here are the facts:
Issue 3 will create first-class casinos in Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, and Toledo.
Issue 3 will also create 34,000 new Ohio jobs -- 19,000 construction jobs, and 15,000 permanent jobs once the casinos begin operation.
Ohioans spend more than $1 billion a year gaming in out-of-state casinos. Issue 3 is estimated to bring $1 billion back to Ohio, to boost Ohio's economy.
Issue 3 requires casino operators to invest at least $250 million in each facility. That means Ohio is going to see first-class casinos that provide a jumpstart to Ohio's economy.
Issue 3 will be a much-needed boost in construction and development in Ohio. Spread the word. Vote Early.

Date of Death:December 10 1966
Jack Logan became Lake Count's third victim. He was amoung 16 Marines killed when two 250-pound bombs fell frommarine aircraft into a patrol in Quang Tri Province.

According to the defence Department, which announced Pf.c Logan's death, the bombs either ricocheted off the ridge toward which they wre aimed, or just missed the ridge just sweeeping the valley blow.

Pfc. Logan was an intelligence scout with the Third battalion, Third Regiment, Third Marine Division.

If Obama did not know that Bill Ayers is an unrepentant domestic terrorist, that Rev. Wright hates America; that his other friend Antoin "Tony" Rezco is corrupt (now convicted)? Then Obama is either a fake or has, absolutely, no judgment whatsoever… Under these circumstances, can someone like that have the conscience to be President of United States of America?



Why the “mainstream media” does keep a complicit silence?

Why did the "mainstream media" send hundreds of journalists to Alaska to investigate and discredit, Gov. Palin?

Where are the investigators for Barack Obama? How come we have not heard about his medical record, his graduate record, his graduate school friends, his roommates, his work friends?



Why the “mainstream media” does not investigate the connection Obama-Ayers-Chavez-Castro to socialized public school education? With American tax dollars and thanks to Ayers, for several years, Obama had been involved in such horrendous effort through ACORN… Is anyone out there investigating Obama or is the “mainstream media” also looking for the destruction of the United States of America as we know it today?



“Mainstream Media” in socialist’s regimes, I am sure you know who goes out first. If you think that because you participated in helping them get control of our institutions, you will be untouched, better start packing… Castro, in less than two years after his arrival, confiscated all private radio, television, and newspapers. Chavez is following his steps…

This letter concerns the obstacles and barriers that we have encountered since my sister’s auto accident on July 9th, 2007. My nephews, nieces, mom, and her friend survived the accident that killed my sister, Cindy Haas, and her unborn son, Nathan. They were hit by a drunk driver whose Kentucky license had been suspended, but had received a Tennessee drivers’ license the same day he ripped my family apart. Since the accident, my nieces and nephews have been in rehab and physical therapy. All four have been in mental health counseling with a child Therapist to deal with losing their Mother or Aunt.
We have dealt with insurance companies not wanting to take care of the bills because the accident happened out of state and hospitals not doing their part. My nephew, Charles, who is now 10 years old, was held at the hospital because they wanted his father to take custody of him. His father, Chuck, had already signed papers for him to go home with his grandmother (my mom). This wasted process held my nephew back from his recovery by prolonging his physical therapy. If it wasn’t for my mother making the hospital give him a walker to help him he would not be walking now. His problems with learning and speech have been increased.
My niece Hayley, who is 6 now, has to have many reconstructive surgeries to her face and head. Her left eye is out of place and has to have surgery as well.
Nicolas, who is now 8 years old, was Cindy’s nephew. He still has metal rods in his left leg and a metal plate above his eye. He’ll need surgery to remove the metal rods from his leg.
My niece, Natalie, who is now 3 years old, has not heard from her father, Robert, but only a few times after the accident. He did not send her any birthday presents or Christmas presents. He has not called her in months.
This man, who was my sister’s boyfriend, will not let the kids have their own belongings or their Mother’s things such as; pictures, clothes, jewelry, or make-up. My mother’s attorney has been putting off obtaining the paper-
work to get my sister’s, nephew, and niece’s things from this man because of $100 for a bond. There is no money in my sister’s estate, just personal belongings. Therefore, he wants to wait for our lawsuits to go through so that he does not have to pay the courts for us to get her things.
Also, in Cleveland, Ohio, money was raised for the children from the area neighborhood which amounted to about $1500. Robert kept this money from the kids for his own benefit. He also filed his 2008 income tax and claimed my sister and her three kids. Two of the kids are not even his. He has gotten by with all of these things and we have hit a brick wall trying to get help. I know no one really cares to help us because they did not know my sister Cindy. But, we care and we love our children and they are the ones paying the price from the accident. Robert did not have insurance for the vehicle my family was driving that night, but yet he is getting reimbursed for it. He should not have even given my sister the keys to drive it, let alone drive it out of state. But, instead he gave her the keys and sat in front of the computer looking at porn that he had repeatedly shown the kids.
He also had repeatedly hit my sister and locked her and the kids out of the house numerous of times and the police did nothing.
We have continually contacted local police as well as the Cleveland police and they will not file a report for us. They say they cannot do anything to him since we live in another state now. We had to stay here in Tennessee because of the children having so many doctors here.
The accident has taken my sister away. My nephews and nieces have lost their mother. They do not have anything of their mothers’. They have no pictures. We had to get a copy of her picture from my phone that I had taken last year. For Robert to keep their mothers things as well as their own is selfish and cruel. The last thing that they remember of her is seeing her lay on the cold ground not moving. Tell me-- how would you feel?
What we are looking for is someone who can help us get my sisters belongings. We want her pictures and other personal items and all the kids’ clothes, toys, and beds. Robert is threatening to sale or dispose of all their belongings. We believe that he doesn’t deserve any of these items. He was not married to my sister and she was leaving him because of the physical and mental abuse and she found out about his past conviction for domestic violence. We want the police department to do their job and let us file a report against Robert for stealing the money that was meant to help Cindy’s kids. We want him brought up on tax fraud charges and we believe Robert should have charges brought against him for negligence due to the fact of not having car insurance. We have an attorney but he is dragging his feet because of money. The attorney did assign someone to be the adviser of the estate and it has been through Probate Court, but too much time has passed and it has to be re-filed because they didn’t tell us how much the bond was and what it was for. The bond, turns out, only pertains if there is money in the estate. There is no money, just personal items, so the attorney has been putting us off.

My most frustrating days as Deputy Campaign Manager for the US Senate race last year, (For the GOP & Conservative Party candidate) was with the media.

It never ceases to amaze me that Hillary Clinton is/was NEVER held accountable for her FAILED workings here in Western New York State.

In her first term running for United States Senate, Clinton promised those suffering in Western New York ... Economic Development, More Jobs and to Repopulate this Region of NY.

Clinton was to do so by "Promoting" Western New York State to American Business! Clinton Promised Western New York 250,000 NEW jobs by the end of her first term (Promising to Promote WNY to American Business Corporations)....

End result.....Is by the time Clinton was running for her second term, Western New York LOST another 25,000 Jobs.
(Clinton as of last year, should have now been held accountable for failing in the creation of 275,000 New jobs)

(FYI...Western New York State is considered Cities of Rochester, Buffalo Regions, sometimes Syracuse is put into this league, although it is located in Central NY....Syracuse and "West of" are considered WNY)

In each and every Newspaper interview that I attended with WNY Editorial Boards, those that sat on the board always brought that question up to us.....

Those on the WNY newspaper editorial boards always had "Numb Faces" as we discussed this matter. I was always looking for their answers/spins to that very question. (They had no answers for Clinton's lies & failures) Those on the editorial boards in WNY NEVER defended Clinton on her failings in jobs creation.

End result....Is that Buffalo's (NY's 2nd Largest City) population has been cut in half. Erie County and the City of Buffalo are still held captive by a "Financial Control Board" .......25 to 40,000 Homes are abandoned by people who have left WNY because they can't sell their homes to buyers.

My question....Is there something wrong with this picture? Will any of the New York Media ever advise the "National Media" to bring this question to attention to the American voters?

Clinton has used this State and might soon be leaving this State. Clinton has delivered nothing in regard to help to those who live in WNY.

I am writing this letter because you are the long overdue elected official with promise of change. I will beging by stating that I love this great State but there are some much needed changes that need to occur within the BWC system. I was injured in Novemember of 1998 while working and have since had four major spine surgeries.
After my second surgery I had developed a sever staph infection which caused me to become septic, to give you an idea of what a staph does to ones body, I started out around 248lbs and three to four weeks of miserable days and nights later I was around 192lbs.
