(Euclid, OH) -- A developer's plan for lakefront homes in Euclid is growing. The K-and-D Group has more than doubled the number of planned condominiums from its initial plan unveiled in 2002. The developer will build 144 cottages and townhouses on a bluff overlooking Lake Erie near two existing luxury apartment towers. The company is also planning a breakwall, marina and public boardwalk at the complex. The Euclid City Council is crafting a tax incentive plan to help pay for the project
